Inconsistency when saving files to the mem card

there were several occassions already where i have to restart my phone every after saving new files (via explorer drag/drop) method, before i can view/use the new newly xferred files in to me mem card.

steps to reproduce problem:
>connect phone to usb.
>use as file storage mode
>save file to E:\mobile\audio; \picture; video
>safely disconnect phone fr usb.
>access multimedia menu of the phone to check if new files are already there.., now here lies my problem. no new files recognized. still the same files before saving.

>restart phone
>now, new files are already present in the file folders (pics,music,videos)

have u also encountered this, and resolved it?

**Hey Ash!

Hmmn, that's new to me. I always see new files on my phone after downloading them from my PC. Well, here are my recommendations:

1. Before connecting your Razr V3x into your computer, Go to Connection -> USB Settings -> Set Memory Card as the Default Connection.

2. Connect your phone into your computer and transfer files. Once you are satisfied, Safely disconnect the USB cable from your computer.

3. Wait at least 1 minute before you disconnect the mini USB cable from the phone.

4. Wait another minute then Go to Multimedia and check that your New Files are there.
