Hi! i had my v3x now for almost a month. at first, everything was ok. not until few days ago when i started taking photos and my cellphone would hang, its just a white screen. then after few seconds, it would restart by itself. that's only one. im also encountering a very weird experience when it comes to saving and erasing photos. last night, while taking photos with a friend, i noticed that when i was about to check the photos, all the pics we took weren't there! im 100% sure that i was able to hit the store only option but it didnt do anything. i tried to take photos again and my cellphone would promt "corrupted file" ... i thought i was running out of available space through my mmc so i deleted some of my saved pics. when i went i again and scan my photos, those deleted pics went back again!! its really weird and its driving me nuts. i hope someone can help me.
thanks.

thanks. **Hi badpagirl! Wow, your issue really is Wierd! Hehehehe. Hmmn. I experienced before that when I take pictures and try to save them using this path: Options -> Store Only I don't see the prompt that the picture was saved in phone memory or in TransFlash. What I did is, I click on the Center key. This will give you option to rename the picture. Click Ok and your picture should be saved! Note: This function is only applicable to this kind of scenario. Otherwise, save your captured pictures the normal way (that is, Options -> Store Only). Here are some recommendations:- Check what is your default storage device (Phone/MMC). Make sure you have a workable memory space for that particular storage.
- Remove the TransFlash from your phone and put it back in after few seconds.
- Backup your files to your Memory Card, remove the TransFlash from your phone, and then do a Master Reset. (this will not delete your files but as an SOP, making a backup gives you more security. Doing a Master Reset will roll back your phone to its original state). After doing so, try to take some pictures and see if it makes a difference.
;D

[purple]Hello, badpagirl! -I experienced the same problem, and a sure fire solution: -Connect your v3x phone in a PC using a USB cable. -Go to the Pictures folder. -If you will notice, the file will be there! -That picture is ok, your phone just has problems reading it... You may save the pic, if it is really that important to your my pictures folder in your computer, or any folder, and try to open it using paint or any picture software... If it opens, that means the file is not corrupted... Try to rename the file and then save it on your PC... Then try to copy it back to your phone... Your phone should recognize the file... -I'm not sure why it happens, but if a file gets corrupted on your phone, you will not able to erase/edit it even if you reformat the phone... Just try to do the steps indicated above and hopefully this will work on you, too...[/purple]
